More chance of platting piss in a snow storm than a big cat surviving a full season un noticed un caught in England .... a cat will flee from dogs unless it feels it's life is in immediate danger and then will go in to flight mode... do any of you boys really think that with the amount of ,

dog walkers, mountain climbers , sheep farmers, cattle farmers , poultry breeders , game shoots, hound packs , terrier men , lurcher men ,photographers, antis, wildlife surveillance teams , full matching tracksuit wearing yobos pissheads would not buy now have a decent enough picture ,evidence , video footage, dead body ( road traffic accident)

All pictures and videos are about as good as quality as the ones of big foot ...

To be fair it's hard to get concrete evidence when the Men in Black turn up to remove the body and erase everyone's memory of the event whenever one is killed ;)

Men in black vans with automatic weapons turning up to collect and cover up big cat corpses, every DNA lab in the country (and Australia too!) forced to lie about results and all this shadowy evidence that can't be shown to the public for vague reasons :hmm:

All seems very hard to believe and the fact that this massive conspiracy is the only way to explain the fact there's been no concrete evidence found just make the whole British Big Cats thing even more unbelievable TBH.

you are just a turd so stop wasting your time talking to me as I,m not interested in playing your silly games if you want a rise put some shoes on, leave mums spare room and start fly fishing

If I was addressing you I would have quoted you, I was just making a general comment in an open thread on a public message board. I see you still felt the need to respond with a pathetic barrage of personal insults though. Guess it's easier to get a rise out of you than you thought, I managed it without even trying!

alright prick if it brightens your sad life, you win you are the greatest debating protagonist I have ever encountered and not some sad little mummy,s boy troll, now please go elsewhere and celebrate your silly little make believe victory as this will be my last response to you for today as I have more interesting things to do like watching some paint drying on a window sill

once again I,m not here to argue or prove it, I know they excist have seen some cracking photo,s a couple of body,s and a couple of live ones, I,ve never attempted to platt piss in snow though so can't comment on that aspect of it, maybe be worth going back and reading the whole thread before throwing out your opinion though as many people on here have seen them unless they are also a bunch of piss platting liars, I,ve shown this pic a few times but if they don't excist wtf is this and how did it find its way into a gamekeepers freezer ????

On a positive note, I've just heard on the radio that the snow leopard is no longer considered an endangered species :-)

the trouble with things like the snow leopard they are such an elusive secretive animal and live in some seriously tough environment so it's really easy to say they are endangered and claim thousands in donations to save them, when they were never really endangered we just never looked hard enough in the first place, I,m glad I never paid £3 a month for a shit cuddly toy that helped them in absolutely no way what so ever

I really wouldn't know for sure. In that case do you think the Amur leopard & Tiger are doing ok, they must surely be as elusive?

I don't tend to donate to such things myself, but I do find reassuring people are out there working on such issues rather than leaving it to chance.

Why do none of these supposedly cracking photos where it's obvious what you're looking at ever make it into the press? Only blurry pictures that could be anything?

Maybe the Men in Black go round and threaten the newspapers and news agencies to stop them publishing them :hmm: Though I'm still not sure what the purpose behind this massive conspiracy involving 100s if not 1000s of people actually is. Why do the "powers that be" think it's so important to keep the existence of British Big Cats secret? Makes no sense to me.

I agree with you totally regarding genuine help for animals in danger and hats off to those involved, but having spoken with people involved in filming snow leopards for the Beeb it was quite obvious we had very little knowledge of there numbers because hardly any had ever been seen, we have been guilty of simular failings in our own country as well, otters are one, there was always a small population living a quiet life in the uk but these have now probably all been wiped out by well intentioned people who thought they had gone and released hundreds of them everywhere, we done the same with barn owls a few years back they never needed our help but when we tried to help, the released birds drove most of the ones doing fine out of there habitats and pushed them further up the endangered list, I love all the wildlife but do think sometimes we should leave things alone as Mother Nature seems to have managed fine without us for a while

Fair points mate & obviously something like the Snow Leopard must be extremely difficult to monitor it's numbers accurately.

I googled snow leopards since your post & they were put on the endangered list in 1972, that would be 45 years of unnecessary protection?

Perhaps I'm just being naive. I accept fundraising is more often than not miss-managed, that's why I'm a bit tight when dipping my hand in my pocket, but that many years for no reason?? I really couldn't argue either way tbh.

Snow leopards aren't called ghost cats for nothing, and the terrain they inhabit is harsh and in the main inhospitable to man, very sparsely populated, small wonder their numbers are guesstimates.

Sorry should of made my self clear...when I say big cat I mean panther, lioness , cougar.....not oversized moggys or lynx that have been released

panther is a name that covers black versions of cats mostly jaguar and leopards I have said already that I don't think there are Jaguars here due to there size and life style, leopards yes, lions though I no a few were released in the late 80,s early 70,s as people have admitted to it and I have met two people that claim to have seen one in the wild again I doubt it for the same reasons as the jaguar and lastly puma,s though I have not seen one myself reports and sightings are on the increase so I,d say yes and again not a big cat and famed for its illusiveness, regarding the Lynx or oversized moggy we have had this issue before about people releasing these things, it is not really possible as there are now so many rules and regulations and paperwork involved in owning them and huge penalty,s for losing them that people don't just turf them out like house cats all of these things have been covered in the thread so please take ten and have a peruse

There was that swamp cat ran over down south years ago,TBH I think there's been odd occasions ones got loose an either been captured in someone's garden or been shot /ran over pretty quickly.

Until I see one with my own eyes or some pretty clear footage comes out I will be skeptical.
