don't think anyone said anything about African hunters( an African hunter is a Blackman with a spear and more skills than the pricks that get driven upto there quarry shoot it have a photo and get driven back to the hotel) I was referring to the video,s above, bear meat is very nice eating and a large bear will keep a family in meat for a winter absolutely know problem with that at all or the people that kill,s them, but I don't have time for some silly little man who just wants a photo sat on top of a mighty beast to compensate for a lack of dick and the need to prove what a great macho man he is, just my veiw on things

You made pathetic accusations about big cat trophy hunters, I simply got to the point and included all people that hunt in Africa.

There's that little dick comment again, lol lol. Where do you get this shit from? Have you ever spoken to a trophy hunter? You realise the majority of them don't do it just for the photo and skin right?

Are lurcher lads that go about killing 15lb foxes with 60lb dogs insecure with little dicks too? Surely they must be to need to do such a thing just for fun? Especially the ones that want to go on safari dogging coyotes!http://www.wideopenspaces.com/hunting-icon-cam-hanes-anti-hunting-propaganda-video-rant/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=sendible&utm_term=wosfeed&utm_campaign=wosfeed

dont think I made any pathetic accusations and you never got straight to any point I was trying to make,I kill for food or to protect livestock and have know time for killing for the sake of it, simples, if it's the penis comment that's hit a nerve I,m sorry, I was,nt going to tell anyone but you,ve kind of let the cat out the bag so to speak, and as for lads dogging coyotes, if the coyotes are consenting seems like a win win to me

Soooo lads that dog foxes for the crack have little dicks? Let's not kid ourselves, when the average lurcherman kills a fox it ain't part of a predator control program, it's sport (for the sake of it).

Like I said, pathetic comment. Easy to hate on the hunters of africa when you've never had to justify such bile to one.[/quote ] still obsessing over the dick issue, I have said sorry, I would not really say my comment was bile and I would have know problem justifying myself, I think your getting a little over sensitive about the whole thing so I,ll leave it there

Deluded

Read chuck Adams bow hunting books and his quests to bow down the largest specimens on the full quarry list, a life time dedicated to the pursuit of quarry so difficult and varied it's almost impossible to comprehend

Ps the common consensus is lions are endangered, I read once not long back east Africa has 20 000 left in the wild ,

Well if that's the case my best friends dad bred half of them lol

Good documentary on that trophy hunting is a Louis Theroux one its on Netflix for those who have it reminded me going to watch it later tonight again

That is really good isn't it. When he's walking on a gangway with the African guy and he loses his temper saying he hates elephants.

Pretty sure they're classed as vulnerable by the IUCN. It maybe the opinion of other industry individuals that they're endangered though.

I only say this because the 'endangered' word gets thrown about a lot to attack legit professional sport hunting in Africa.

Edit, And I've just realised that's basically what you meant. Lol

There are lions everywhere in Africa , I've seen them in Tanzania and Kenya in the daytime and at night just rocking around willy nilly

They bred like rabbits , are piss easy to breed in farms and are as about in danger of becoming endangered as they are of flying a 747

They need to be shot more to improve the quality of stock

Don't believe this bollox about game reserves doing miracles for the lion population, they are there for the tourists and to keep the game animal levels in check

Take a look at some of the comments below from the reaction in Zimbabwe to Cecil's death

Cecil's killing went largely unnoticed in the animal's native Zimbabwe.[50] The country's The Chronicle newspaper wrote: "It is not an overstatement that almost 99.99 percent of Zimbabweans didn’t know about this animal until Monday. Now we have just learnt, thanks to the British media, that we had Africa’s most famous lion all along, an icon!"[51] The BBC's Farai Sevenzo wrote: "The lion's death has not registered much with the locals".

Zimbabwe's acting information minister, Prisca Mupfumira, when questioned about Cecil's killing, asked, "What lion?"[50]

There's not an African alive who'd give a f**k about every lion in Africa for 20 dollars ahead

TIA

Why is it that there is only ever talk of reintroduction of carnivores and raptors. Why don't they introduce something edible and of use like elk instead of stinking cats.

"He said research across Europe, home to roughly 10,000 wild lynxes, had found the cats kill only one sheep every two-and-a-half years."

The above statistic was a European average. In Norway the number is 25 times higher.

Certainly be interesting....

Tom Miranda the same he got the superslam with a bow of north Americas 29 species of big game animals took him 13 years and 54 hunting trips to do so,he has taken 34 species including the big 5 of African big game animals with a bow, thats taken him 18 years and 40 separate trips to Africa to accomplish, when he gets his desert bighorn sheep after 30+ days he starts crying, thats not for a pic or trophy, its his passion,he has dedicated his life to the quest.

Excellent call. Fred Bear, over this way, was a revolutionary in a similar sense. Inventor of the Razorhead broadhead, he took a four-tonne bull elephant, in Mozambique. Shot at 40yards using a 75lbs recurve, with a 2oz broadhead! :icon_eek:

When you look at the 'alternative facts' that were used to ban bowhunting, in the UK, Fred's work in the colonies is the reason why it's preserved so well. There are few who will have as much as an impact on the hunting world.

Arse about face? :hmm:

If they followed the yank model and worked on the ungulates, you'd be bull x deep in apex predators in no time!
