Squid...... my absaloutly favourite!!!!

Haven't dared to em over open heat but love em in a light vodka tempura, oh yeah, as much chilli as I can get away with!!!!!

Absolute top draw as usual, I made sag aloo on mine tonight with Chicken tikka and peri peri pork I should have took some pics.

 

GL you really need to check these guys out there charcoal is superb ready to go from lighting in less than 15 mins I use there natural lighters as well.
