well done jon and the chillie plants look healthy mate

Cheers mate

The missus grew a couple of these last year - the plants gave loads of chillies.

.... Their citrus flavour goes nice with salads or cooked.

...... I just wish they'd hurry up now

How long do they take mate, from seed to harvest?
I think these ones take a couple of months so, they'll hopefully be ready end of July/start of August.

That long mate, do they grow big?

Do you have them inside or outside?

Not very friendly mate, its not a competition ye know, fairplay mate it looks delicous, keep her lit.

It's not quite up to GLs standards but, my chilli plants need a bit more time   They're lemon chillies - they'll have a citrus flavour and a little heat.   ........ On the plus side, it's warm e

We start them off indoors, then outside, in of those plastic zip-up greenhouse things, then they're outside for the last 4-6 weeks.

I've heard that they can grow up to 2mtrs tall - the biggest we had last year was around 4ft tall.

You get a lot of chillies from them - they just seem to keep popping them out every time you pick some

I've decided I want a grill, a smoker and a pizza oven all in the same outdoor space, I'll also need a prep area and somewhere to keep the beers cold, then there's seating to think about? It's not gonna be a small project when you think about it! lol I'll just make it up as I go along and see what happens, that's what I normally do

Aldi had metal pizza ovens for £99 other day. Ive bought some greenhouse galvanised shelving and a bench table for storage an prep area ,

Going to source a butcher block chopping board to go on the galv table, got one of those ikea sortera tubs to fill with ice cubes and stand the beer bottles in.
