Ok I'll be honest since coming back from my operation I've been trying to build myself back up. Over the last few weeks I've been taking protein bars. The effects on my strength are insane and defiantly cannont be classed as natural. The progress ive made the last month since stRting these could not be done naturally but i dont see this as cheating . The scariest thing is anybody pro athletes included can walk into Holland and Barrett without prescription and pick these up. My question should I inform my family before they notice my visible gains or pick up on the mood swings caused by these bars.

What you need is emergency colonic irrigation without this you face a future of strait jackets, padded cells, and reduced salt pot noodles

What a result out in Botswana. A new World Strongest Man as of today.   1st Eddie Hall (England)   2nd Thor Bjornsson (Iceland)   3rd Brian Shaw (USA)   He said he`d do it and he did.

Amen! Not all PED's are illegal. It's down to what works!   If you think that PED's aren't rife in professional sports you're seriously out of the loop! What the British public doesn't know is wh

Bill Werbenick used to take 18 pints and 2 whiskeys to steady his nerves, much more of a feat of endurance in itself than popping a pill or two.

Yes gnash its the unfairness, but as adults it doesnt really bother me, its just worrying to me for it to be normalized, an young teens start taking them, i might sound a bit of an old time crying f****r lol but my son is seven an hes a good footballer, an even better kickboxer, hes an orange belt, an hel not be taking no peds, but in yrs to come his opponents might be pn them, an it makes a big difference mate, just look at the ufc for instance.

I sponsor a few boxers going from amateur into the pros Francie as it can be a difficult transition for young fighters, these are lads fighting at a good level out of good well renowned gyms with top class trainers.....none use peds, there's an old saying you can't put in what nature left out and nobody worth their salt in a reputable gym is going to be hoodwinked into thinking a lad is better than what he really is due to peds.....i repeat, peds are the icing on the cake not the cake itself.....they are the final touches at the highest level.

I see what your saying gnash mate, taken on board.

But how come these ufc fighters who have been at the top for years with good records, all of a sudden lose shape an under perform an get knocked out.

People are saying its cause they werent tested up until last few years then usada had a crackdown an all of a sudden there not as physically strong looking an get chinned lol.

Them must be some bars rusty lol a bar is just like a protein shake mate, its just protein from milk.

I was told the bars were a more concentrated version of the shakes mate and that's what gave them the steroid effect. The boy from the gym must have been a shiit talker .

From what i know mate protein powder is more concentrated, as the bars have other ingredients for your body to process, plus the bars have to be digested, but the protein shakes are liquid so minimal digestion for the body.

Rusty if i was you i would ditch the protein bars,an the shakes, there full of shite, highly processed, an load your body with unnessacary chemicals.

If i can remember right the protein is very weak due to being heated up to a high temperature,an your body barely recognises it, plus you need fat also to assimilate it.

Your better of eating quality meat, quality eggs, an raw dairy, then you will see some gains mate, without the chemical overload.

I'm not saying juice doesnt make a difference mate of course it does.....as do plenty of other ingredients that go into the making of an elite athlete of which any one of them lacking will see a reduction in performance.....the point im making is we dont care about the others and its the others that your lad will experience.

IF he happens to reach an elite level which very few do then yes peds will more than likely come into play but as is the example you give with Ufc these are elite level athletes trying to put the icing on the cake it has no relevance to your boy.....the unfair advantages effecting your boy over the coming years nobody cares about because the word " drug " is not there to get hysterical about.
