mattyg 1,862
Chillis or some sort of extract or sauce in everything..... the hotter the better, although I'm being found out by the pure capsicum extracts that are about nowadays. I'm lucky that the mrs likes a bit of a kick in her good too but still have to make some things in separate pans as she don't enjoy the burn as much as me! Now sod off with all this bloody food!!!!!!! Matt

mattyg 1,862
I've got some awfully naughty stuff in the cupboard, picture the scene....... One of my eyes swollen like I'd had a Tyson right hook while standing in the bath holding the shower head on me nuts for 20mins..... and that was after washing my hands very well, but there was residue on the bottlle. 1 pipette drop Tasted lovely in the home made chilli but not after adjusting the troops and rubbing my eye..... NOT IN THAT ORDER!!!! Matt
Mister Gain 1,764
Green Lurchers, Haven't got a clue, but guess he will have to try it neat at some point, as he does that with all the chilli/hot sauces he gets, then he'll use it as a condiment. Personally I wouldn't go near it, I tend to steer clear of really hot chilli's nowadays since I had an operation on the 'coal hole' door some years back, and I have to pay the price if I overdo it.
