No way,and it would have to be some run of fish to make it worth making one,turn your TV on channel 9 at the minute,grizzly working the rivers in Alaska for running salmon.

The work that you see them putting in to make those fish wheels goes to show you how reliant on the salmon those folk are.

 

And to then feed the fish to their dogs frozen, LOL.

I know most of the netting stations have been bought out but when i saw that i thought a scottish river on a private estate that could be worth a shot ?.bet theres no law about a fish wheel nobody would think of them here

I doubt it would be illegal, especially in tidal waters.but I can't see it working here like it does over there...

I am Mr Green good sir,doesnt everyone collect souvenir's from their travels I have mountains of junk stored away from times past,they are in my lock-up somewhere,i wouldn't countenance using them
