No mate they don't,i took him to a animal eye specialist from Newmarket and he told me he could operate but chances are it won't make much difference and if it were his dog he'd leave them as they are and only take them out as such if there were any problems with infections or swellings.If they did start causing him hassle i have no issues with getting them took out and he still works to ground ok so for me it's just a crack on with him and see what happens with them.....
