I drink plenty of apple cider and if it's left tor a week or so it turns to vinegar once the air gets to it, is that the same as the stuff you buy as vinegar

I got a bottle for something then forgot about it its still in the cupboard , i think somebody said use it neat on skin tags and they will fall off after a week or so ?.
