That looks good mate

I do like fish. I'd never thought about having it spicy until I had it in Denmark a few years ago.

Your neighbours must be feckin starving with those smells coming over the fence all the time

I'd be waiting at the fence with a plate whenever I saw you firing the BBQ up if I was your neighbour

I'd be hanging around, subtly looking, like the dogs do

Nothing better than having really good neighbours

see along with your salmon. make tin foil parcels, stick in 6 baby potatos, some cliced red or yellow peppers, and a sliced red onion, grind in some salt and black pepper, some garlic italian and drizzle sweet chilli sauce over them too add a little water and mix throughly then seal up the parcel and about 60 to 70 mins later youll have the most delicious sweet chilli side dish with your fish

What fish is that and how did you do it?

Looks good GL. I've got 2 salmon fillets for Friday's bbq, I fancy a nice marinade with chilli...

How'd I go about it please? More descriptive the better!

part smoked salmon scallops n prawns marinated 10hr , 5 mins on the bbq, base sauce usually piri piri sauce from Portugal at the mo its nandos hot sauce mixed with any hot sauces I pick up along the way, with fresh squeezed lime lemon for fish lemon n orange for chicken chopped garlic me own chillie oil , I add me own dried chillies and chillie chutney for extra heat then whatever fresh chillies I can get me hands on at the mo its thai and birdseye , baste the food in the marinade before and while cooking add few fresh herbs near the end and sink a few beers before during and after cooking  you havnt got to add all the hot bits its just we do ;)IMG_0251_zpszdabokeg.jpg
