Its outside a pop concert, as everyone is leaving, in a major city.......chances of an accident are low. If there is intent by ISIS or Jihad or whever the fook they are then they will be revelling in all the press and tele coverage it gets within seconds. No idea what's happened so far,one account reckons there was just an accident with a prop falling/exploding and people were crushed in the panic.

We'll have to see in the morning,tragic it's happened to a load of kids intentional or not.
