Guest vin
Hello all. I'm almost there now. What do you use for paperwork ? At work for local authorities we used a triple duplicate pad with 3 identical sheets(diff colors) with the back sheet also printed on last sheet with health and safety advice etc and details of type of products used etc. We also had site assessment sheet with boxes to tick off etc etc. An address / job reference /client advice sheet..with site assessment printed on back. Then an invoice double pad. So potentially 8 pieces of paper to do 1 job...reduced down to 6 if printed on reverse of two etc etc. I would like to simply this if at all possible..lol. I downloaded the killgerm blank template invoice /inspection sheet. . . but this is not detailed enough ? Has anyone got a system set up that works ? Do you do it all online ? Do you get you paperwork from a specific type of place ? Has/ Does anyone use a paperless system online with the various apps available ? I have seen a couple of companies advertising pest control software apps that look to be very interesting .. I.E. Pestpal and Pestabilty . ? anyone using these or something similar. my missus said " why cant you get one of them little blank pads with the blue bit of paper you stick between sheets and write on ? " I wish ! ! ! Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated. atb Vin Quote Link to post
trappa 518
I use the killgerm A4 treatment report that they sell, seems to have everything I want for a standard joband i try to keep everything as simple as possible. Saying that Im not the person to ask though, Im just going through the motions of trying to get contracts, something that ive never bothered with before so Im looking for paperwork help in that department too. Ratmanwan 66
I use the killgerm treatment pad as well, it's got everything you need on there for day to day contract and job work. Quote Link to post
ratattack 111
Simple is the way forward, less paperwork the better, have enough to cover the work done without having a mountain of paperwork that you then need to store for 5 years!! Why have an invoice pad and a report pad for the same job? A report pad is for contract customers who get a separate invoice sent by email or post and an invoice pad is for one off jobs. The invoice pad only needs enough space to have the customer address details, your details and the job description that's been carried out along with the relevant costs. 1 Quote Link to post

mushroom 13,123
Get your own app designed It is so easy to automate and link stuff nowadays. Eg you input the data into your app and then it is emailed to the client. If they need a hard copy, they can print it. Quote Link to post
