Let me play the devil's advocate for a minute. Let's pretend for a minute that there are muslim no-go areas or any no-go areas for that matter. You can pick Britain. Germany. The US. Wherever...

It's the governments' decision to enforce the laws in its territory. If it's not following its own rules who is at fault? By all means, focus on the crime but also focus on why the crime is happening and why the system is negligent in the duty in which society has bestowed upon it. There's nothing wrong with focusing on the problem as long as you look at the whole of the problem and not just the bits that boil your p*ss? No?

...and then they were acquited after a five-day trial in which the court ruled that their 1st amendment rights had been breached. They were acquited unanimously. The city issued a public apology. They were paid an undisclosed settlement.

That's how a constitution works. Everyone involved in that agreed they shouldn't have been arrested in the first place.

They were arrested for breach of the peace. A clear mistake looking at the outcome of the trial wouldn't you agree? Police generally control the scene based on the complaint. They're not there to determine guilt or innocence on the spot. Guilt is determined by due process by a jury of your peers. If this truly is an islamic run cesspool as you're alleging then they sided with the constitution, not the koran.

In Scotland, a dog lifts it's paw to a racial slur and someone gets fined eight-hundred quid and narrowly avoids jail time. If rights are your primary concern I'd suggest looking at little closer to home.
