Male Haris Hawk Tail Feathers

Hi ,has anyone got any tail feathers for a 9month old male harris hawk please .

Please note ,this is through no folt of mine ,but this fantastic little bird was still in with his parents at six and a half months and was in a sorry state when I arrived .The pen was tiny and his tail tips were covered in droppings and mud wich took a lot of bathing to remove .He

has subsequently lost three about half way the length of them .Although this has not effected his flying to much and his hunting ability ,wich is brilliant for such a small bird , taking duck rabbits and even takling a heron ,it would be great to imp him back to full feather.

Please can anyone help ,I am more than willing to pay for any feathers and postage ,or to travell to pick them up.

Hi Woody

Try contacting your nearest BOP centre. They should have plenty around.

Or you could put his weight up and moult him out now and get him ready for the coming hunting season.
