Took The Grim Reaper/ Black Death Out Tonight

Well just me and Ethan(littlehunter) tonight

 

the other two did not want to come out and play

 

RIFLES TONIGHT WERE

BSA, ULTRA 22 (BLACK DEATH) PELLETS JSB EXACTS JUMBOS 15,89

 

ETHAN GOT THE FIRST TWO KILLS TWO CROWS ON THE WAY INTO THE PERM

 

one fell one stay,d in the tree

 

we parked the tank up and had a walk down to the park where a rabbit bolted for cover but made the mistake of stopping at the fence first so a heavy was sent on its way and it was in the bag .

 

the second came not long after that a nice big one that was running around at first so i went prone and watched it at first it was about yrds away but it ran strait to me when another came out and was chasing it it closed the gap to 40 yrds then stopped

 

i sent another heavy on its way and that was in the bag to

 

now Ethan had gone to try his luck on the crows and when we met back up he had had no luck so we haeded back to the tank for a drink and a bite to eat ,

 

When we got back to the tank i told him to go look through the hole in the hedge he was away some time so i walked down to see what he was doing just in time to see him take a 50yrd shot with the ultra and what a shot it was right on the money .

 

I was well happy for him as he has not shot a rabbit for some time and to see him walk back to me holding his rabbit in his hand was,,, well,,, lets just say it put a smile on my face lads .

 

after we had a bite to eat we headed off for another walk around i saw a rabbit about 100 to 110 yrds away so i crept up on it to around 40 yrds and let loose a heavy it hit with such a crack and all i heard from Ethan was F88CK ME lol

 

Told him to stop swearing and go pick the rabbit up .

 

We then had a drive around the long walk where Ethan was the shooter (MUST TEACH HIM TO DRIVE THE TANK)HE HIT TWO MORE BUT THE NETTLES ALONG THE HEDGE LINE WERE TO BIG AND THICK SO HE COULD NOT FIND THEM .

 

so thats the next job iv got to do is teach him how to drive ill do that in the next few weeks

 

and let you all know how he gets on with that lol

 

So i left the Merlyn at home and took the grim reaper/and the black death for a night out

 

and they both lived up to there names
