Nik_B 3,790
Fantastic news! It would be very funny if he had to go to prison but probably won't happen http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4425302/Chris-Packham-charged-Malta-hunter-confrontation.html

DogMan85 722
I've not read into it to see if it's true but Packham says they are wiping them out, if true fair play to him for that one.

Fair play? The bloke is a closet animal rights activist, and a weird one at that. No doubt, he can afford to pay his way out of this one, but he should be removed from any future BBC programming. Clarkson was.
moxy 617
Not to keen on the shooting of migratory song birds myself but when in Rome etc etc I thought the practice was to net them but your right. None of our business. Certainly not packhams. Hope he gets what's been long over due.

Like I said I don't know the full facts of the case but if it's true about them wiping out thousands of migratory birds then yes I support him on that.

We all know he's a right nobber and impossible to support if you are on our side of the fence ...but when you look at species decline like in the turtle doves I find it quite difficult to bury my head in the sand over it ..I'm all for sustainable hunting but something is a miss ain't it?

Whale and shark hunting. Bush meat. Etc etc. There's a lot I don't agree with but fook all I can do about most of it. If any of it. Certainly not from the top of my council estate hill and you from your caravan in Doncaster. Point of the OP is packham. Not if I adopt a cat in Nepal for £3 a month.
