"who's side are you on?"

I'm on the side of people with Kay's mentality, male or female, not degenerate filth that cause trouble on the streets.

I dont know whats more shameful the fact he hit her or the fact he couldnt knock her off her feet ......c**t !

It seems to me that the more licensing and regulation these lads have the less actual common sense and savvy they need.......back in the times when you got this type of job based on your reputation or

try being nicer to them? Lol

A good doorman shouldn't need to throw a punch, his job is to stop trouble, he should have restrained her not smacked her.

spot on  , i helped the landlord out few times at new year's eve couple times, got few quid and had drink with the staff when we closed the pub after, but when your sober your self and dealing with pissed up men and women , you can deal with it far better than he did  . he should just restrained her and told her friends to take her away from there . hitting pissed up people easy , when you sober , your reflexes good + agility, and you should have some strength and be fit to do job like that . would he have been so keen to hit a 15-16st pissed up bloke :hmm: , but same thing again you talk and restrain them only if you had to, the worst people deal with , are sober psycho's , people who put gun to your head, or like what just happened people having acid thrown in there face , fancy dealing with that on the door , poor feckers scarred for life . better ways make living than working a door and taking that shit.

Was on the pub with my little brother one night he is a big lump and absolutely tough as old boots and some lesbians started getting stupid about the pool table or something. Now he tells them to shut up and this great big fat bull dyke with crew cut and Jack boots comes up to him and starts giving him loads. Ends up throwing a pint in his face so he just crackd her straight in the chops and she hit the floor sparko like a sack of shit. He gets thrown out but as he said to the landlord at the time "if she wants to act like a bloke I am going to treat her like a bloke". Fair point I thought

State of it in the paper today, dying to get in big brother I'd say

Anyway, i can't stick stuff like this, I'm not the best of drinkers and got into trouble a year back for a reaction to provocation , as someone mentioned earlier, behaviour like this is totally average and people are completely aghast when they are pulled up for it

You see these big arguments , on towie and geordie shore and shit and people are vaunted for it , or write in Facebook or instagram

I detest show boaters and drama queens , a gay lad my misses vaguely knows wrote all over face book the other week about his "severe beating"

He had a cut lip lol

And was pulled up not long after by a girl who seen it and said he started it

What ever happened to coming home with a ripped shirt and fat lip and giggling in the morning about it?

I used to supervise a lot of hen parties. Apart from a few women who were genuinely masculine/pissheads, I think the vast majority of women were just acting, pretending to enjoy themselves. I always thought they were just going through the motions of screeching at balloon pricks, hysterically laughing at male strippers etc. If you looked at them in unguarded moments a lot of them looked pissed off. I got the feeling a lot of them would rather have been home drinking hot chocolate and watching the telly. .

I personally don't see any big moral debate, if some tart wants to behave like a man then she can have a mans treatment......if she don't want that then be a lady and behave yourself.

It's so rare anyway that the situation is almost never likely to arise for your every day bloke, obviously poor f***ing doormen are probably having to deal with these stupid c**ts week in, week out so for them it's different.......I suppose if they knocked out everyone who is pissed and being a prat they would never stop knocking folk out ! Lol

Like all walks of life mate, you get wallys and decent lads......door work seems to attract both as much as any job.

I always thought the outskirts of London night clubs and pubs attracted some right tits with the very occasional nice man where as a little place called Gas I used to pop into in the west end all the lads were sound not least the little white middle aged man who seemed to be the main chap.

Maybe they just had to be more professional about things in the west end, I don't know.

I'm a big believer in everyone ends up where they should be so maybe this bird and that bouncer were made for each other if you get my drift.
