We can all stick our nose in the air and say women shouldnt act like that no of course they shouldnt but what if it was your sister or your daughter ?......because if it was mine id be having a quiet word with that young man.

Poor door staff on all accounts. I to would have had a word had it been my sister or daughter, the words would have been " you start throwing punches and carrying on like that full of drink, expect one back"

Good job it was a lass taking a swing at him and not a bloke. You could sense her intentions as she walked towards him,he should have judged the situation a lot better than he did,safer for him to block the swing then there would have been no reflex punch returned.

That's why she felt it was ok too act like that , as some women think I can act as I like as you can't hit a woman . . When times were hard and brass was short i worked the doors for a couple of years, granted it wasn't in the toughest part of the country, i never had to throw a punch once, i could put a 16 stone bloke on his arse and hold him down till the cavalry arrived.

I worked with some good lads that you knew would watch your back and i watched theirs, there was also some so called hard men that were just big bully's who either started the trouble or just happened to have needed a piss when the shit hit the fan.

I use to spend half the night kicking out people who were on drugs then found out one of the other doorman was supplying them.

i packed it in when another doorman kicked a bloke in the head that i was holding down, you do some shit work when times are tough.
