dillydog 8,462
It took me a fair few years to slow down and enjoy the day again, would I do it again ? Not a chance, to many backstabbing b*****ds, you don't need anti's in the hunting job, you're surrounded by c**ts 24/7. I'll stick to scratching around and enjoying the day, the company and the terrier work, no rush, rush, rush. The old boy that started me off came for a day with me just as I was packing it in, we had nine that day. There was nothing to deep, it was like shelling peas, three to four foot every one of them. We we're finishing up on the last dig when he says to me "this isn't digging, it's rush, rush, rush". Well I wasn't having any of that shit so I says to your man "putting two shit jack russells in to get the job done isn't digging to me but you did it" !!! That put him back in his box lol 11 Quote Link to post
Apache... 2,588
Its two different worlds, I was asked to do some work for a mounted pack once and after spending some time out with them there was no way, I kept working my handful of terriers the way I wanted, no pressure no rush no hassle. 1 Quote Link to post
