Most people into mysterious/conspiracies etc have been ridiculued since the year dot.However they stand by there convictions and ignore the nay sayers and continue to find what they believe is the truth despite the ridicule.

No offense but i dont see anyone ridiculing you on here greyman or making a c**t of you. I think most are genuinely interested in what you think you have found.

However you cant blame them for doubting you as you are not going to allow them to make up there minds in you're findings. No offense to socks but hes only one person and regardless of what he thinks after seeing this pic/video it still wont convince most.

you cant blame them for that surely. I dont think there are big cats wandering the UK the odds of there are being is stacked against that theory, but i will be the first to admit i was wrong if there was solid proof proving the contrary.

Also by you're own admission you said its not the best vid. That certainly does not fill me with any confidence.

So yea bit unfair to call folk armchair experts. Especially when you arent an expert yourself and allowing only one person to see this proof also not an expert.send it to a big cat expert or a zoo and post there findings would be a better route. What you got to lise if you are so convinced it is a big cat.

I,ve said it time and again I,m not being secret I want other people's opinions, I just don't want to put it on line it's only a small part of a big picture, and now I have found an area, I believe they are living in, no hounds, no shooters and acres of private woodland that hardly sees another human from one year to another, I would like to keep it like that as I believe I will get the photos everyone wants to see if I don't get rumbled first,

Just seems completely pointless telling everyone in the first place if its just a case of collecting a bit more evidence before the final unveiling then why come out with it all now.......im just curious to know the price on something like this its got to be a lot of dough to treat it like anything more than a hobby amongst likeminded people.

Aint there a 10 grand reward from one of newspapers for proof of big cats existence of this island, id sell photo in a heart beat, cojld do loads with 10 grand for the kids haha

your not the first person to say that mate so maybe there is some truth in it, when I was a younger man I would have been just like you and grabbed the cash, now all my kids earn more than me by a long way so that kind of pressure does not affect my decision, if at anytime in the future the government opened there files and told the truth I would be happy to take a job in the research side of things, but for now I just have to plod on and build my own case, it's not such a bad thing though as I don't like staying indoors for to long and it's a good reason for a nice walk, i,ve just walked about ten mile this afternoon and saw or found nothing which happens nearly everytime, but saw a buzzard on her nest, a pair of nuthatch,s and four roe deer, I,ve had my first badger cub of the year on one of my cameras and I,ve also found an otter holt with a pair of Cub,s in and a family of polecats in the last 12 month so looking for cats and clues are just another part of being outdoors, i am probably the only person to see the otters and polecats as well but I know they are also real cheers

Greyman, maybe we are different ,in fact yes we are as I can't understand why you are so committed to convincing people that blatantly would not believe anything you produce .If I was in possession of anything I'd been trying to prove for years I would either stick it on here and say bollocks to the doubters or just ignore them altogether .For me you fight too hard as if trying to convince yourself first and foremost .I'm a lad that it's interested in fact ,clear yes or no ,no shady ares which is why until I'm shown proof in the flesh I will forever fight the corner that we are being lied to by people clever with a computer of which there is no doubt you are competent in, despite your cries to the contrary .An sd card is easily converted to a pic with a plug in card reader but you knew that .I know you will never put it on here as you yourself ain't convinced otherwise you'd not be asking opinions .Like I said we are different ,you live in a world of wishes and I live in a world where either it is or it isn't.

the Forest of Dean is quite local to me and is an area that throws up a lot of sightings but not only of cats but a few of the animals on your list have had quite a few skunks and a raccoon, plus the boar and several deer species the raccoon was shot raiding a chicken coup and nationally there seems to be a fair few wallabys the length of the country, out of interest has anyone ever seen a wallaby in the wild, my mate had a beaver sat outside his bivvie a couple of years ago when he was carp fishing on the Cotswolds,and no there is,nt a punch line, so yes most things are possible even things like signal crayfish and wells catfish are both doing pretty well despite efforts to stop them neither are native

I am actually barely literate mate as said my daughter got me a card reader and my kids got me an iPad I am learning slowly but I can't get the card reader to work you say we are different as you only deal in fact, well my reality is I have had a live first hand view of a large black cat stalking a hedgeline in England, I am now in possession of what I believe is a rather special all be it slightly murky bit of footage of what I believe is a big cat, so those are my facts and the ones I,m dealing with, now I don't really care who believes me or not as it won't change my opinions or actions in the future but out of fairness to people on here I am willing to drive over a hundred miles to show this to a person I have never met,but was chosen by the lads here as a trustworthy bloke, who is also giving up half a day of his time to meet a guy that might turn out to be a died in the wall nut job all of these things are real facts and not wish,s, this started as a thread about trail cameras I just happen to run seven of them 12 months of the year so got involved all of the subject matter was asked for by others and I simply provided it, like a photo of a black cat, then a dead cat and so on, I could just as easily close my account and disappear if I did,nt believe what I am saying is true but I,m not I,m meeting socks next week and what he says on here when he gets home is entirely upto him he owes me nothing and may never see me again so has no reason to be polite or hold back,, if you saw something that you new no one would believe would you say nothing and save yourself the ridicule or go out of your way to prove that what you no you have seen is real because this is my reality we obviously are,nt twins but I bet your not as different as you might like to think you are you just have,nt seen one yet that's all

All fair comment mate and i too await Socks report .Wiltshire isn't without its own sightings I'm sure your aware and I used to visit the locations desperate to find proof but hand on heart all I saw was dog prints and sheep worrying by same .I now subscribe to the view that the human mind is easily swayed if that person is of a swayable type.
