mushroom 13,227
What was the outcomechanged oil in diff fingers crossed it seems fine now no good now changed gear box brackets as they were broke sill no good now booked in tuesday to have thrust bearing on clutch done . Fed up with this now surly all Suzuki's cant be like this very unlikely to be the thrust bearing, unless they are changing it under some sort of warranty don`t bother, but if you are paying for it change the complete unit, absolutely no point changing the bearing and then having to drop the box again when the rest of it needs doing, from memory the vit has a weird centre diff, if the back axle is ok i`d be looking there first, shame I've lost all my old training discsGoogle search mate it's all online nowadays used to be a Suzuki tech, not got access now I've left Pm me search criteria and I'll find them for ya

Underdog 2,337
It's stuck in 4wheel. The mechanism is jammed. Jimmneys can sometimes lock up, especially when carrying a heavy load. With the car on flat ground and engine running observe the front prop while an assistant pushes the vehicle. If the front prop moves it's locked in 4w.

If the front prop moves it's locked in 4w. its always in 4wheel its not got 2 wheel its got 4 wheel high and 4 wheel low Then the centre diff is locked. Or stuck in the locked position. If it's the electrical operated diff lock it's not unlocking. It needs testing. If it uses a viscous coupling for a center diff it has failed. Underdog 2,337
The other thing to bear in mind is that Suzuki use air/vacuum lines for hubs and some diffs. That needs checking for and out. I have come across cracked lines before now on Suzuki's. A simple repair to do.

I have come across cracked lines before now on Suzuki's. A simple repair to do. Thats the older ones, with the 1293cc engine. I used a bit of piping from my hanging basket watering system to replace mine when it cracked. Cheers, D.
