beast 1,884
On the subject of fury I personally don't think we will ever see him box again.20 million in the bank allegedly and only a young man why does he need to go through all the hard work it will take to get back in condition. I personally doubt he has the self discipline to do so.I cant see how fury has made that much till, he never defended his belts, he won't have earned that from beating Vlad and he's hardly a marketing poster boy. http://thesportal.com/20-richest-boxers-of-all-time/4/ I would have thought the same as you but look who is number 18 with 22.5 million dollars

ryaldinhio 4,635
Well, cushty n the other couple might be right. I have just re watched AJ v Wlad ad also Fury v Wlad and i feel like I have personaly not given Fury enough credit for what he did. I dont like Fury and it pains me to say it but he outboxed the man. I still think AJ would come out on top.

I agree with what you have said apart from l like Fury as a boxer and I pick him to be the winner.I will put my head on the block now, and the fight needs to happen sooner rather than later before Joshua gets much more experience and Fury needs to be at the level he was at for the Wlad fight but the fight with Joshua and Fury will be like Benn v Watson. The big puncher against the awkward boxer,Joshua to have his moments but Fury to stop him late after keeping him busy for every round. All dependent of course on how and if there fight does indeed come off. Edited May 4, 2017 by MickC
gnasher16 30,216
Your mad fury will jab and run for 12 rounds and I be surprised if aj even lands a glove on him for 12 rounds I might be wrong but wasn't it you who said Klitchsko would do that to Jo Gnash I said a good few Heavyweights around the size of Fury now not others at 6' 9".Some fighters as you know Gnash have buckets of god given Talent and never get a World Title,Bomber Graham springs to mind. Its like when there are lads in gyms who are awesome but never produce it in the ring when it counts and others who don't look anything In the gym but can really turn it on when it comes to fight time when it matters. Fury and Joshua are miles apart in terms of them fighting let alone a fight between them even taking place and look at the interest alone already being drummed up.Joshua would have to ko Fury to win no way he would outpoint him,Joshua has the power to ko him no doubt ,but could he even get to Fury and stay with him for 12 rounds ? Both are British fighters from completely different backgrounds and im not fussed who would win if they ever did fight but it seems people love to lavish praise on Joshua but not so much love for Fury and what hes done as a boxer . Apart from Wilder who is 6ft 8 is it ? im not sure there is anyone else around the size of Fury......im not entirely sure what point you are making mate, sure theres plenty of good gym fighters out there but a fighter can only be judged in competition and so a fighter whos greatest attribute is his size is never going to be popular. As for how a Joshua/Fury fight would go im of the belief that a guy like Fury can wing it and fiddle his way through the odd fight without getting exposed......but nobody can fiddle their way through an entire career.... at some point he will have to plant his feet and get an opponents respect.......if he cant do that he will have to rely on his chin.......and if he cant rely on his chin...........................its back to fiddling. Anyway on a different note im looking forward to this Canello/Chavez Jnr match up at the weekend i love watching an all Mexican tear up.....the ol man Chavez of the ,s that beat Mayweather/Rosario/Taylor etc was one of the greatest fighters i ever watched the son shows glimpses of him but different type of fighter....i think Canello will beat him quite comfortably to be honest. I think AJ showed the killer instinct to finish the fight when he saw Klit was hurt. Genuinly dont know how AJ v Fury would go after rewatching them two. Id like to think AJ would relentlesly hunt him down but Im not sure we will ever find out.

The great Julio Cesar Chavez, something like 89 and 0 before his first loss,a true Mexican great. Canelo should beat jnr quite comfortable and its another catchweight fight with big penalty weight clause iirc like most of Canelos fights recently. A bit gamesmanship if you ask me and id like to see the weigh ins brought back to the day of the fight now, what do you think Gnash ?
MickC 1,825
A few big lads here http://boxrec.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=186990 never came to much but what a size some of them. Size of the hands on some of them. Edited May 4, 2017 by MickC

Ive said for a long time id like to see fighters weighed in before the fight in the ring itself......what reason is there not to ?....you get 2 fit healthy fighters at the weight they are best able to perform.

arcticgun 4,548
Think Canelo will blow Junior away, but Junior will come to fight, big Mexican pride thing going on, JR been winding Canelo up saying he ducked GGG, think it will be a good scrap, be a brave ref who stops it lol I like Canelo but he has too many catchweight fights, hope they make the GGG fight next or him, be some match up that Parkers fight on Sky Sports 2 on Saturday thinks its around 11.45am, should be worth a watch too

neil r 1,860
Parker fight on Sky now. Joshua would batter both of these guys at the same time!!!I was just going to post about this fight . He's not going to be champion for long once he does step up the quality of opponent. I've know I've only watched him a couple of times but he hasn't looked that impressive in any of the fights I've seen him in
baz 464
Terrible performance' this guy had 2 week notice, and is doing nothing, yet he's still in there actually chasing Parker about
