Spur Of The Moment

Compliments on your shooting Matt :good:

Presuming the TX barrel is no different to the Pro Sport - I`ve had very tight groups "at range" with JSB Exact Express and AA Fields, both 4.52.

Looking good mate,

Enjoy.

Mark.

Cheers Mark.

I'm going to pick up some express today and I've got some AA fields to try too along with exacts. I just remember how hard the bis mags hit with the 100, but you do lose that flatter arc with them as opposed to the lighter pellets.

Watch the bis mags in a springer mind Matt

yes they work good in a pcp but not so good in a springer mind

as there to heavy and they will make the rifle twang when fired

none of my PP,s liked them but all liked the jsb,s of any cal

So..........after scouring the classifieds as i do every day I called a guy about a couple of springers. An hour's drive later I met the nicest fella you could wish to meet who showed me his extensiv

So....after racing home to pop a scope on the pro sport, a quick and easy zero followed and then this 25 yard test card.   .177 at 25 yards with a cheap 3-9×40 scope (which will be getting replaced

Oh you can bore me with all the test groups you can shoot Matt. all the best with it mate and thanks for good wishes for mine.   (I've barely slept a wink to be honest!)

have a crack at these matt

I've been using them for a few months now and there ace in the springer!!!

weight wise they sit in the middle between aa field and the mags but they hit harder than anything I've used before and put out a higher ft energy than anything I've tested!

the pro sport is the best looking airgun ever made.they shoot the best of all springers out of the box and are pcp accurate.have had 2 and do miss them.only two drawbacks are the point of aim changes if you zero them in prone and then try to shoot standing and cocking the buggers when prone is also a p.i.t.a

I have to agree with that last statement. You have to do a sort of ' rolling grapple' with the Pro Sport to cock and load it from prone position. Especially when you happen to be left handed!

(I have a beautiful beech Pro Sport stock that Bigmac97K converted successfully to left hand friendly for me.)

very nice mate you be giving him a phone when your needing another one to add to the collection ?

It went a bit pear shaped pal.

There is another post called a "very bad day" that explains the situation but to be honest i would deal with him again as he is a very decent fella??
