Ghost Hunters

Recommended Posts

Who are these people who seem to be on every channel supposedly hunting and finding "ghosts." Do they really believe it or are they doing it for the money?

I'm considering buying myself an Aldi multimeter and offering my services as a ghost hunter. I bet i wouldn't find any LESS ghosts than these so-called professionals.

They really seem to be clutching at straws with every single noise in the house "paranormal" and every fleck of dust "an orb." Whenever it's cold in an unheated basement at night, it's because of "spirits."

Yesterday on one of the programs they were searching the house for paranormal activity with some kind of electronic meter and it kept giving them high readings near an old car battery. That was nothing to do with the fact the battery is electrical, but because it was a haunted battery FFS.

If anyone needs their house checking for ghosts, pm me. Good rates.

The best example of the genre I've seen:

Ghost Hunters and psychics - utter, utter bollox !

The good lady watches these programmes sometimes - Paranormal Lockdown, Paranormal Survivor, The Ghost Inside My Child.......I'm waiting for "Alaskan Ghosts on Benefits" - every TV show rolled into one !

What actually bothers me about them most is - are they consciously lying, in which case they're ripping people off, or do they actually believe in their 'gifts', in which case they're deluded and need help ?

Why anyone wastes their time on paranormal nonsense is completely beyond me.......

I believe that time is man made and that there is dimensions within it and outside of it . I also believe in a greater force than me and that is greater than I can ever imagine "God"

But I do not think that I can find any ghost let alone God with a camcorder that has had it's IR Block filter taken out.

All the very best

I think I've mentioned this before, but I once saw one of the slightly camp Northern psychics on TV.....

After spending 15 minutes or so establishing that, among an audience of elderly ladies, one of them was named Margaret (genius !) and that her late husband was James...John....Joe, that's it Joe, he said that "he's telling me that you have trouble with your eyesight, luvvie".......

.....Margaret was wearing glasses !
