Dogs Shot Dead By Police

I've said this before , all bull types should be registers at birth video a the breeder and a thousand pound charged for the litter

The dogs should be subject to spot checks and if the paperwork is not in place they should be lifted and destroyed within 24 hours and they should gets. Life ban from owning dogs

That will stop clowns Like that

Every bull type is not a child's empty bed room

You joking?

That'd draw the little pricks to them like flies to shiit!

We don't have basic accountability down yet,I'd prefer we start with that and see what happens.

No ,

The pricks will be sick after watching Tyson getting juiced for no insuranc

I cannot for the life of me understand why the breeders are not held accountable alongside the owners

They'd probably move on to other breeds like Alsations, Malinois or Ovcharkas. If they faced restrictions then they'd end up backyard breeding dangerously aggressive Labradors.
I don't think so meself. I've seen a few young lads by the mals and herders none have kept hold of them for a couple different reasons. And as for the Caucasians bit expensive and big to stick in a council garden ain't it ?
That's what's happened in the past. Remember the scares when Alsations became popular, then it was Dobermanns, pitbulls, and the devil dogs incarnate - Rottweilers.

I'd worry more about some of the imported presa and bandogs wich seem to be coming more common. That cropped ear look attracts some right nuggets.

I'd like to more facts before properly drawing a conclusion but, on the face of it, it seems fair enough.   ....... Dog owner didn't secure his dogs adequately, dogs got out, they got over excited

Even more responsible would be if he didnt walk a " really funny " dog in the local park !   I never understood why folk with aggressive dogs wanted to mingle with every day dog walkers i always use

always feel for these dogs I really do, just cos the wrong tosser bred em and sold em to the wrong tosser they end up shot dead, what a waste, its litter brother likely sat in a house being some famil

I was walking my springer in the local park the other day he was off the lead just sniffing around when a young lad shouts over to me and asks if I had a dog would I mind putting mine on a lead, he had a bull type on a lead and said his dog could be really funny with other dogs so it was best if mine didn't approach.

now THAT IMO is a responsible owner. I thanked him he walked on his way and I continued my walk.

So are you for putting yours on a lead unlike a lot of silly buggers who let there dogs run all over the shop because there's are harmless but some body else might like being left alone

Some silly mare down the beach has a big lurcher she muzzles it and lets it do what it wants. It runs up to little dogs and bowls them over and she shouts out don't worry his harmless his muzzled. Leaving some terrified pug flattened on the sand lol.

She knows me I am the fella that gives her some hand signals from afar to keep the daft thing out the way

Totally agree gnash. I plan my dogs walk like a military operation lol

He is a nightmare with other dogs and a bit unpredictable around folk. However im well aware of this at all times. He gets off the lead when im in a place where the chances of meeting other dogs is slim. His recall is spot on but its other dogs which are not so obedient.

Tend to take him out early doors and late at nite. Joggers and bikers are a concern the come up behind you from no where.

I also ask politely if i do meet a dog off the lead if they could stick it on a lead. Most oblige. Some get a bit cunty about it.

You struggle now days places we used to go out the road. Now you go there and a van draws up and a dog walker with a pack of dogs appears there looking for a quiet place and most dont pick up the crap or there vans would be half full of the stuff each night

well if your trying to improve your dogs manners you do need to mingle unless its a complete fruit cake obviously. Basically all dogs should be under control not bounding upto strangers in public places

fair point terry all dogs need to be socialised , sometmes though as Gnash says some dogs will never be friendly with other dogs or people , so going where other dog walkers dont go can help. When we had bullbreeds they were kept on the leads, when other dogs were about , even though some were ok, we had pit bitch from good lines , she was ok with dogs, but always kept her on the lead just in case , as she was very strong animal .
