I reckon it's fixed ! How come Oxford and Cambridge get to the final EVERY year ?

Socks. When you say you buy wine in a box do you mean 6 bottles of Pinot Grigio at a time. Obviously not as posh as you & walshie but i think its called a "case" of wine not a box ??!! Atb

I,ve had a little punt on Cambridge i think its great to see a good old traditional English race still standing strong in todays weird times......ive a lot of admiration for them i spent a few weeks training with an Olympic rower years ago the endurance those boys have is unbelievable.......wouldnt of minded having a go at it myself but as Geoff Capes once said you dont get in them boats you put them on !

Now thats a name from my childhood. Don't know if you remember years ago me asking you about that Judo chap I know. Both him and my dad used to know Geoff, apparently he used to pop in now and then for a pint in the local

 

i met him when he had a security firm, I seem to remember he liked breeding birds

 

 

same here,,,the security company i work for used to sub work off them years ago,,,

 

i always cheer cambridge on as well,,,but only cos my mum went to cambridge to study history..

Met him once at at a p r nite at a builders merchants he did the brick lift thing where he lays them out & picks them all up at once. I couldnt even span them let alone lift them He was a bloody big strong chap think it was budgies he was into. Atb

Maybe he,s referring to those nasty cheapo cartons you get with a little tap at the bottom......peasant ! :D

didn't take you as the sort to be punting around Cambridge gnash,did you wear a blazer and a straw hat

 

It was more a case of he wanted a rough sweaty old school gym actually :D

 

I meant as in a punt,small boat powered by a man with a pole ive had a little punt on Cambridge

 

Round these parts the word punt just means to have a bet Greg ;)

lol I was ... BUT I have been off the wine since before Christmas ... I am a changed man lol .....
