As for what to do, keep it simple.

Heavy based pan and pan fry them in some salty butter and serve em with wild mushrooms, unpickled roast beetroot and roast baby leeks. Food of champions mate

I've just had 2 big baked potatoes for dinner and, I'm stuffed but, that feckers got my mouth watering again

That is great fun. I like it windy for woodies. A sheltered roost and you can't go wrong. Sometimes a squirrel turns up too.
