You're refuting a claim that hasn't been made. In 2016 virtually all political violence was perpetrated against Trump supporters, there are many videos of this, many Trump venues were protested by violent people, bomb threats, buildings burned down etc etc. You are not going to be able to show me anything comparable from the other side last year. What happened at Burkley is a result of 3 previous speeches/protests being violently attacked by the left, this time Trump supporters brought some muscle and fought back. By the way many police officers were killed as well mostly by BLM/far left supporters last year or has everyone forgotten that? You are not going to be able to show me anything comparable from the other side Hard to say what comparible is because you don't post sources, but there have been 701 reported cases of hateful harassment, since the election. I'm sure that's an alternative fact, and it won't be convincing enough, but it's still pretty indicative of the world we're living in. As I've said previously what happened at Berkeley is when these guys... met up with these guys.... It was all arranged on social media and they both hijacked a legitimate demonstration/show of support. There were pro and anti Trump people there but they weren't the ones fighting in the streets. I am sure even a keyboard warrior like you would fight back if someone continually spat in your face Can't argue with the SS but I'd have little sympathy if they'd pre-arranged the spitting and then cried foul after the fact. EDIT: I'll re-ask the question seeing as we're being bumped to another page. Nik. The porn star above... Do you agree with the people that have been threatening to rape/kill her on social media? Do you think that's acceptable in the political violence arena, or is it just harmless banter? Where would you draw the line? That's what I find interesting about the reduced crossings, although it could just be an initial reaction to his hard line rhetoric, I'm thinking surely upping the budget on border patrol, which in theory would be a fraction of the proposed budget of a completed wall, could be better for the american people? & dare I say environment? After all.....the chances of the wall ever being completed could be very slim? I know it could be another U-turn for trump, but the costs of this wall & management could be colossal??
