ChrisJones 7,975
I am convinced that Trump has gone nuts. The lefties I have talked to are happy and think it is great he is probably going to start ww3. Many people on here said when he won the election that there were interesting times ahead and they were not wrong. Haha I suspected bush would feck the world, then I was certain Obama was the chosen one but I'll be damned it looks like Trump is the real deal. All I can say is stock pile your ammo and sharpen your knives as I can really see $hit hitting the fan soon... Welcome aboard, we were just a few months in front of you, that's all... This isn't about left, or right, for me. It's about the right man for the job. He isn't. Wasn't. And I'm not convinced he ever could be... In other news Donnie flip flops on NATO and China to the point we're wondering where he actually does stand on pretty much everything he promised in the campaign... At less than 3 months in he's been pretty quick on pulling his promises. He's drained the swamp and refilled it in true reality television style. Is this how the nationalists are going to end up being cheated? As we've said before he wanted your vote and he never gave a f**k about you...
walshie 2,804
I agree his isn't the right man for the job. You shouldn't be able to buy a presidency, but he's 100% better than his UK hating African predecessor.

You shouldn't be able to buy a presidency, but he's 100% better than his UK hating African predecessor. Hard one to call this early on. I'm no fan of Mr O but he left the country in a better state than he found it. Donnie, so far, has repealed the department of the interior's stream protection rule which prevented coal companies from dumping their waste into waterways. He's repealed the anti corruption rule that requires energy companies to report money paid to foreign governments He's repealed the broadband privacy rule which orders ISP's to get customer permission before selling your browsing behaviour, personal info, etc... And he's repealed the an Alaskan DOI rule that, among other things, forbids the hunting of bears from aircraft. Also there's a pretty big list of resolutions that Mr O put in to limit environment damage from for profit industry. As countrymen I'm sure we can agree that countryside access and usage for people has to trump raping and pillaging for corporations. Something that Donnie seems to want to see returned to the hands of the few, for money. Again I'm no fan of Mr O but deliberately dismantling environmental protection, while offering nothing of value to any policy so far, isn't exactly worth carrying a torch for at this point?

I have never liked Trump as a reality TV personality or business man, even as a politician I have expressed serious doubt on here and in my day to life when discussing how he will be as potus. I did start to believe, but it was more hope than anything else that he might be able to do something positive, as his speeches and core promises sounded good to me. I have always been happy that he represents the fact people are fed up with the usual politics and in that way he is brilliant, he confirmed that there are many many people who have had enough. He may not be the right person for the job but he is still far better than Hillary in my eyes and you never know he might still have some method in his madness.

But I think if they're honest with themselves they can see now that they were duped by a career conman who never had their interests at heart and was just saying whatever it took to get elected with no intention of carrying out half of it and no idea HOW to carry out the other half.
