If there has been fraud on a massive scale then local Government on certain levels would have to be complicit. It's hardly likely that any judge would make a stand against such huge allegations.

 wasn’t it that tony Blair wanted  or pushed for postal voting   So all the post votes could be sent to labour back office to be rigged ?? Luckily it was denied because of the increase chance of voter fraud !!
