There might be change logs saved but I understand that every ballot put into the machine is scanned and the images are saved onto the hard drive which should make verification easier. Who knows ? Nik_B 3,790
I have been saying this for years: I believe that the financial disaster of 2008 and subsequent quantitative easing (QE) would end in disaster and I think it has. 12 years later (and after QE: 1,2,3 &4) the US Fed has had to print 6 trillion dollars this year and also it had to print one trillion in sept 2019 to stop the repo market collapsing but no one noticed that! There are very serious structural problems in the financial markets, the status of the USD as the world currency reserve might be on it's way out and god only knows what that will mean Maybe they need distractions...and here we are with covid (yes it's real) and the US election....it's convenient at least lol Does all of that sound nutty? Even though we're facing the worst recession in 100 years? and one that was fairly predictable? I've been preparing the best I can for that last 6 years for this in that I've been trying to minimize my debt but it's not gone well lol

That's a fair comment, mate. I can only comment on what I've seen locally, which is where I stepped in. To be fair you're picking media accounts that are parroting the Trump narrative and they're being splattered across the internet as evidence of fraud. Don's telegraphed his disdain for unfavourable election results since he threw his hat into the ring back in 2015 and his base have been pushing anything that disagrees with them as fake news since day one. This is that escalation coming to fruition. He was calling this election fraudulent before the polls even opened. Telling his base not to vote by mail as it's suspect. Biden on the other hand has been telling his base to vote by mail and to vote early because this delay has also been telegraphed due to the restrictions in all industries due to Covid. I'm looking at the same election as you and seeing a different pattern. I'm seeing Democrats that felt cheated in 2016 protesting the current president. Turning out for whoever wasn't Donald. In droves. They're taking Covid seriously and using the mail in system on the basis that anyone thinking that Covid is a problem said it was a good idea. The difference between today and 2016 is that Don isn't the underdog anymore. He's a sitting president. He's had 4 years to make the changes he promised and he hasn't. With over quarter of a million people dead from Covid they're looking at it for what it is, a completely bungled operation and Donnie hasn't even attempted to own it despite it happening on his watch. Don's own DHS cybersecurity appointees are saying there is no evidence of the fraud that is being posted in this thread. His lawsuits are getting binned as quickly as they're being filed. They're not presenting sufficient evidence to take it any further. I'll agree that seeing the huge swing toward Biden in the presidential rate is surprising but that's why these places are called swing states. When you look at the same ballots that are being cast in the House and Senate races it's actually getting tighter as voters at the state and county level are voting pretty predictably along party lines which which is why the majorities in the senate and house are getting slimmer. This points to Don's popularity drop from where I'm sat. Not fraud, at this point, without a metric sh*t ton of evidence that currently seems to be missing. 12 hours ago, Nik_B said: In my opinion much of this will hinge on the Georgia recount By the last count I read Pennsylvania had Biden leading upward of 50,000 votes. That's beyond the threshold for an automatic recount. They can get one but Don will have to pay for it himself. 12 hours ago, Nik_B said: You keep talking about conspiracies, I'm just listening to what Trump and people like Ted Cruz say. Exactly. It's the same thing. Edited November 14, 2020 by ChrisJones Added Hyperlink

You would normally expect that if more people are out of work then the opposite would happen....and it probably will eventually.
