UPDATE: Intelligence analysts pouring over recent satellite imagery now believe that NK built up to a dozen long range nuclear missiles since the negotiations opened with the Trump administration. The administraton simply shrugged adding that "Kim promised he wouldn't be testing any weapons..."

Greedy politicians have agreed this week to a budget of $2.5 trillion of federal spending. The bipartisan bill signed off by business guru DJT increases federal spending only a little over a year of sweeping tax cuts thereby raising the debt ceiling and making the swamp even deeper by increasing the size of the levees holding all the sh*t in!

Mueller wrote a 448 page report on Russian interference in the 2016 election detailing the hacking and social media operations. It established multiple links between Trump campaign officials and individuals tied to the Russian government. They indicted or got guilty pleas from 34 individuals and 3 companies during this investigation. Part one of that report is so detailed they even discuss the equipment that they used along with the individuals that used it.

Everyone on Trumps team prattling on about collusion. The Mueller team weren't investigation collusion as collusion isn't a specific offence that can be commited under US law. The team were investigation conspiracy. There is an entire section of that report dedicated to all the different ways in which the Trump campaign communicated with Russian agents and oligarchs. As above it's lead to multiple indictments of individuals and businesses although there are several cases of insufficient evidence of criminal conspiracy. It does not exonerate them, however.

For clarity at this point none of this comes back on Trump as an individual but his team were up to their elbows in it.

When AG Barr released his comment that there was no obstruction he flat out lied so hard that his pants were on fire. The Mueller team do not have the legal authority to indict a sitting president. Quote “the indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would impermissibly undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions” and would violate “the constitutional separation of powers.” Further quotaton "we recognized that a federal criminal accusation against a sitting President would place burdens on the President’s capacity to govern and potentially preempt constitutional processes for addressing presidential misconduct."

As Mueller cannot indict a sitting president he refused to accuse him of any crimes such is the kind of stand up fella that he is and how his investigation was non-partisan and really, really, REALLY, f*ck*ng thorough!

Again I quote, and this is an important distinction that no YouTube commentator has picked up "We determined not to apply an approach that could potentially result in a judgment that the President committed crimes. Fairness concerns counseled against potentially reaching that judgment when no charges can be brought. The ordinary means for an individual to respond to an accusation is through a speedy and public trial, with all the procedural protections that surround a criminal case. An individual who believes he was wrongly accused can use that process to seek to clear his name. In contrast, a prosecutor’s judgment that crimes were committed, but that no charges will be brought, affords no such adversarial opportunity for public name-clearing before an impartial adjudicator."

Mueller says in his report that he isn't allowed to charge Trump with a crime. It's beyond the scope of his powers. So he didn't even accuse him of any because he knew that Don wouldn't be afforded his due process because of the gravity and publicity surrounding the case. He basically said there's evidence of crimes but I can't give this man any fairness under due process.

Again another quote! "If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, however, we are unable to reach that judgment. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

He was not exonnerated. Keep reading that last pargraph over and over and over as there is a huge difference between what keeps getting parroted by these YouTube clips and consequently on here. 2 years of investigation. 448 page report being diluted into sound bites for whatever partisan cause floats your boat.

Quick summary for those that probably didn't get past my screename before thinking "F*ck*ng hell, Chris! I'm not reading all that when YouTube has guided me so well this far"

Mueller could not legally accuse Trump of a crime. Mueller can legally clear his name if no wrong doing is apparent. Mueller would not clear his name based on all of the evidence he's had access to.

Part 2.

Mueller's six hour grilling infront of the House.

Before going into his interview he said that he would not divulge any information that wasn't already in the report. He said he would only answer questions based on the report. He did exactly what he said he repeatedly asking for quotations and page references to the report so that every single member would run their 5 minutes down and the hearing would conclude.

He said nothing that we didn't already know, satisfied the requirements of both parties, and kept the non-partisan status of his investigation intact in a way that a man who swore to protect the integrity of the constitution would be expected to.
