These men can plan and predict but you've still got Simon in accounts who will not switch to the new Windows operating system and Debbie in social services who isn't going to do a damn thing that that annoying c*nt Norman says. Who does he think he is anyway? Rome, Great Britain, the USSR, Germany, and now the US... All empires rise and fall and they usually fall when people that aren't fit for purpose are in positions where they have to account for large amounts of other people's money.
