If I remember correctly, the south used to be a stronghold for Democrats. Things change. Once Dems were seen as pro slavery, today would you reckon a racist would vote for a Dem? He's using tax cuts to stimulate growth. If it works it could do what you posted. If it doesn't it could add nearly two trillion to the deficit, and all it relies on is 3% growth for the next 10 years... The Bush administration tried this back in '00 and that didn't flush the American economy down the toilet at all. The jury is still out on this one.
