gnasher16 30,592
Going to say something I've thought for a long time And to people with service pasts they will get it What was he doing there? He's a sergeant not the section commander Why was he not stopped? And why was he not immediately challenged? I.e. Why didn't a full screw grab the c**t and throw him about? If he'd acted like that alongside the units I have the honour of serving alongside he'd have had full screws jumping on him instantly I'll say it although I have no knowledge of him or his career but I truly believe Sgt Blackman is a wrong un and has pulled the wool over the eyes of everyone To me, the other blokes look afraid of him and he obviously does what the f**k he wants , in my opinion he's an embarrassment to the marines Interesting perspective from somebody who knows the job........I've never felt qualified to have a strong opinion on this subject tbh, like many, it would seem. Likewise its a topic that folk like me/us dont really need to have an opinion on theres a time for talking and a time for listening and listening to Stiffmeister and other chaps who have obviously lived the life at one time or another makes for very interesting reading.....why anybody else would feel qualified or even see any reason to have an opinion i dont know. What Stiffmeister says about the chap rings true i would imagine in any group of blokes like that you will get different characters and personalities shine through and pack orders get established thats just how it is in groups of men....and it did come across like he was " showing off " a bit for want of a better phrase. Too me it's the difference from being a good c**t or a thick c**t. When you read a topic and you have an opinion but someone blows it out the water with hard facts you'd be better just agreeing. It's like you in boxing.....I'd be silly to argue. But if you were trying to tell me how to train a lab I'd be a wondering what's going on. This thread is another one that's made me change my opinion. Good site this.
greg64 2,915
I just read an article that states that over 2500 ex service men entered the uk prison system last year and that ex service men makeup 5%of the uk prison population and the majority of them are in prison for serious violent and sexual crimes .25% for sexual crime compared to 11% of the civilian prison population. I was very surprised by those figures
