bird 9,969 Posted March 14, 2017 Report Share Posted March 14, 2017 he did monty don dog a golden retriever , dog collapsed and he done surgery on it, think it was its back. the dog seems fine on the show, he top vet but like been said like most vets today , he very expensive , suppose if you got the money you will pay. but sometimes i think that they plenty of healthy dogs in the pounds , that need a chance in life, why not give them ago, instead of spending £2 000 for OP on a dog that may or may not improve its life . 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Seen quite a lot of the episode's and i have never heard anything about the cost of the operation's. Just recently though for the first time i heard Noel say to a couple who were initially undecided what to do that it would be £6,000 just for starters to sort out their dog. cant remember exactly now what was wrong with it.
