yeh same here,,they would get pts,,,,,

however saying that,,,,i remember him being interviewed on daytime telly a while back,,,and these points were put to him,,,his reply was quite good to be fair ,,,he said what they did was,,real life testing on animals,,procedures that could be done on humans,,,were getting tested out there first,,,so for that alone he gets my vote

he did monty don dog a golden retriever , dog collapsed and he done surgery on it, think it was its back. the dog seems fine on the show, he top vet but like been said like most vets today , he very expensive , suppose if you got the money you will pay. but sometimes i think that they plenty of healthy dogs in the pounds , that need a chance in life, why not give them ago, instead of spending £2 000 for OP on a dog that may or may not improve its life .

I'd say most or the animals took to him are tho insurance ,

The common working man could never afford that kind of money , thousands

My cocker had to have knee surgery , some kind of slipping knee , I had no insurance and it cost me 1300

That bust me , but what can you do !

fair play dave , suppose really it would be good thing to insure any working dog , they all come a cropper now and then. doing that way wont burn a hole in your pocket right away

I've watched the show and iv'e often said to the missus while we have been watching it i wonder how much that cost them.

Seen quite a lot of the episode's and i have never heard anything about the cost of the operation's.

Just recently though for the first time i heard Noel say to a couple who were initially undecided what to do that it would be £6,000

just for starters to sort out their dog. cant remember exactly now what was wrong with it.
