This book is Robin as a countryman putting over his views as a "pro" hunter regarding shooting, fishing, dogs so not too much unlike the one you mention infact it may be the same one bud?

It will be a while yet until the trees get their foliage so the squirrels will get the attention they deserve, then its productive to get the mutts along the waterways and exercise the mink when the water becomes shallow and warm enough to thrash about in,i like to take a spinning rod and a few lures to entice a trout or Pike to break up the days entertainment and the terriers are often utilised on ground that the shooters have finished with.
