nans pat 2,575
The council should really be doing something about the other dog that barks more than normal Stuff like barking dogs can make peoples lives a misery nothing as bad if its barking all day.instead of the owner throwing a bucket of water over it....ive told the oul doll down the street from me to get rid of her dog,she has no choice. trappa 518
Ive been on both sides of the argument. Was working shifts and a neighbour moved in and put the dog in the back yard all day while they went to work and the fecking thing barked non-stop, loud barks as well, not yapping. I was doing nights and went three shift without sleep, horrible position to be in. I kept going round their house and complaining ( i didnt go to council, rather speak face to face) and they ended up getting rid of the dog. On the flip side, another neighbour knocked on my door and said my dog had been barking all day while i was out, it would have been two-faced of me to not do anything, so within the week i gave it to a friend. Unfortunatky some owners couldn't give a shit about others and just let dog bark If someone wants to own an animal then fine but keep control of it others don't want its noise constant or its shit

dytkos 17,864
My neighbours either side have three dogs each, as have we. Lower downs bark at any noise (they live in the outkitchen) 24/7 Higher ups live in the outkitchen when the folks are at work and constantly howl for 2 hours a day. The only noise mine generally make is the terrier yaps like fcuk when its time for walkies Because we are in the cointryside, they dont bother taken the dogs out, just let them have free rein in the biggish gardens. Bored and unsocialised, wtf do the expect from their dogs? Higher up got a lab puppy about 6 months back, dont think its been outside their boundaries yet ffs. Cheers, D.
