Madcowz 0
Mike; Regards the .410 ammo, I'm pretty much just guessing, mate. I haven't owned a .410 for about thirty years now and only remember that one used to be able to get little 2" cartridges. I seem to remember they came in #6, so I'd imagine #7 would have also been available. Try asking someone like Baldie or Deker. They've got their finger on the pulse Like I say though; Bloody pricey! They used to cost about as much as hulking great 12 bore cartridges - and god knows what They cost today! I use tiny 9 gram size #6 for rats and sometimes close rabbits and other vermin. Hard to find other sizes of .410 ammo which is a shame as I love it. Especially on a hot summers day when I don't want to lug the 12 around but still need and 'excuse' to go for a walk. Many a crow/jackdaw/rat has fallen to the .410 near the chicken run. Also quiet enough to not annoy the neighbours. /Mad Quote Link to post
