If it's an unregistered pay as go then it may come up blank....It's possible to trace to a location of 20m, costs about £250 Not off a cell phone it isn't......cell site can only trace to the mast the mobile was using to make the call.....if that mast was busy it pings to the next one.....in reality it can trace to within anywhere between 1 to 5 miles depending where the masts are...
