angierooke 0
on wed.12th dec.this little chap turned up in fields near our village where i regularly go with lurchers -coincidence or chance? he's a real beaut but i'm doing al i can think of to trace an owner -police and dog wardens heard nothing..not chipped or tagged. on doglost.co.uk etc. walks a bit funny so maybe back end not too good -but he's got a raw pad so could be that. any info/opinions on parentage appreciated. cheers. angie Quote Link to post
Guest Frank
Thats a shame, as he seems a lovely looking dog. Hope if someone lost him finds him again, or you give him a good home, good luck. Quote Link to post

angierooke 0
well -found out that he was seen last monday but not found til wednesday -at least TWO nights out in this weather -called the police 3 times now -nothing. beginning to look like someone drove out to where we are and just drove off without him -that's a slow death sentence and a most cowardly way out....this morning he passed a mass of writhing roundworm -never seen owt like it  he ain't half livened up tho -don't think he's had a good start at all -praying we can keep him.... scotch7/08 0
in my eyes he is yours now. If thats the start in life he was given, just show him how life should be. No dog should be un-wormed. Domestic dogs just can't cope. early christmas in my eyes........... Quote Link to post
skycat 6,173
Well I'm glad you found him and not some person that might have just shot him or stuck him in a shed. He looks well content on your sofa. I'm a firm believer in fate: some things are meant to happen. Best of luck with him, he looks bright enough anyway. Quote Link to post
