Jax13 251
Not jack Pyke neoprene ones. They are crap - they are like an elastic band and don't really hold the rifle still at all when your walking. I really like the buffalo river neoprene ones, nice and thick, don't bounce, grippy underneath so they don't slip on your shoulder too. Niggeloh are good but some have a little bounce, Allen are pretty good too. I'm not a fan of leather ones as they are a bit too rigid for me shooting off sticks as they tend to get in the way. I've just made myself a twin strap sling out of paracord which has ended up really comfortable. I'll be posting a how to video on my YouTube channel when I've had chance to edit it. It would be very straight forward to make a single strap version of it as well if you wanted to do something a bit different. Quote Link to post

The Lord Flashheart 73
Niggeloh. Very good quality, grippy on the shoulder and the stretch makes for a more comfortable carry with the heavier rifles. Quote Link to post
