Anybody Recomend Any Good Health And Fitness Books

Recommended Posts

over the years i have done spates of running and generally do plenty of walking and like to think my fitness is ok. ive recently started swimming lessons as ive never been able to swim and have now decided to do a little running along side my swimming.

i was just wondering if any one of this site could point me in the right direction of a good book or two to read and gain some pointers from for running and general health. nothing to scientific though as i aint the sharpest tool in the box when it comes reading lol. any help appreciated thanks.

Good for you.....why dont you poke your head round the door of a gym you dont have to join it but most staff will be only too happy to spend 10 minutes pointing you in the right direction towards a healthier lifestyle.

don't know what difference the edition will make, unless they've had extra sections added

. Poking your head round the door of any gym is a good way to start loosing weight, because the smell of testosterone and sweaty bollacks will put you off eating for a week,
