Tony Bellew V David Haye

Recommended Posts

Haye with his knockout power, over 3rd round. Then he needs to step up and get in with the top heavies

yep  3rd or 4th , then haye got to get in with proper heavyweights , maybe A/J next year . what time Haye fighting , i know it starts at 6pm, when he on about 10pm . :hmm:

This fight was always going to be about how much Haye had left after years of inactivity......and he has nothing left.....before the end of the first round i turned to a couple of pals of mine and sai

Watching haye fall apart like that was brilliant

I was praying for Hayes Rocky momment to come but it didn't ....maybe if he wasn't vegan and used pigs for bag work it would have been different week ankles them vegans

Why would AJ want to get in the ring with haye .. Surely if AJ carries on the way he is, fighting haye would be a backwards step

Joshua has got to get past Wlad first before even thinking about Haye.Wlad is a clever man, does not need a payday and even though he is getting on in years he is still a dangerous risky fight for any heavyweight not just Joshua.Wlad will have seen something in Joshua that has him chomping at the bit to fight him.The outcome will go one of two ways, either Joshuas youth, strength will prevail or Wlads ringcraft and experience will defeat the green Joshua. It should be an interesting fight.Haye also has to win for the mega fight with Joshua to take place, but has the easier fight than Joshua.

I reckon haye round smoke joshua too. Joshua has never been in with anyone as sharp as haye. If dallian whyte had the stopping experience of haye the joshua hype train would have derailed by now. I like joshua alot but I think haye would smoke him.

i think haye belongs at the top in today's heavy weight division, but he seems to want the celeb life more. I think Tyson fury belongs in the mix too after all he got the belts off wvlad and suddenly the heavyweight division sprung to life, but Tyson fury needs to go with more disciplined people's around him.

they are all just where they deserve to be to be fair mate, exactly where they deserve too be,, personally think Haye is shot at top level, looked good years ago but failed to deliver every time it really counted, if he was a serious heavyweight contender surely he would not be wasting time fighting a cruiser weight, last November instead of falling for Bellews stunts he should of remained focused and ready too take up what opportunities came up when Tyson chucked his belts like all the other contenders did, personally I think to would be an insult to rest of the heavyweight contenders if David Haye gets a shot off the back of his last two comeback fights amd fogjting Bellew should he win that one on saturday

I also think fury is a pile of shit. Klitschko was scared to go near him too. I don't think there's 1 heavyweight out there at the moment who will beat the rest, I'd say haye is about the best but he was shite against klitschko. I think joshua would ko fury and I'd love to see it happen

Its impossible to say that Haye is the best out there,or that he should fight Joshua next....nobody knows what Haye has left, age is not what hurts a fighter its inactivity and Haye has been inactive for long periods.....if he still has the timing and reflexes he had 4 or 5 years ago then it wont surprise me one bit if he stops Bellew in the very first exchange......but if his timings off or he shows ring rust it could be a bad night for him Haye is simply better than Bellew in every department but momentum plays a big part in a fighters career and Haye has none at the moment.

got to agree with this, I think wlad will be too ring wise for AJ .. and haye wins easy imo,but well done bellew for talking his way to a big pay day

If Haye can't put Bellew away in the first few rounds, we might see a repeat of his defeat by a 40 year old cruiserweight. Everybody had written off Carl Thompson but Haye punched himself out at the start of the fight. and had to be rescued by his corner.

I just think out of the heavys haye got more than the rest. I think he'd struggle against big holding on men like fury, klitschko etc but I think he'd smoke wilder, AJ...

true that  , the only small heavyweight who knocked over bigger men , was tyson he was 5ft 11 1/2 in and came in at 16 st , haye 6ft 2in and comes in 15-16st , haye fast and can punch his weight deff  . he should win tonight in 2-4 rounds, if he dont he finished he got no where to go, he knows this , if he looses this could be his last big pay day  .
