so how many of you sheep shaggers ,,are eating cowl ,,and welsh cakes today....



i know socks will be,,,after his mrs has slughterd the lamb,,and picked the vege from his garden,,not to mention drying the currants for the cakes... :laugh:

It's not called shagging, it's called the Welsh Meat Tenderisation Process

Send us the recipe tc,,i love stew type things,,so im sure i will like it,,plus im a 1/4 taff.. :D

 

looks a bit wattery that tc,,does it thicken or is it meant to be more like that,,like a broth :thumbs:

It should be of a watery consistency tell you what mate a flask of that on them freezing fell tops is a winner .......

It should be like that, I have just put more Leeks and Parsley in in the picture, I will now knock it off and leave it go cold. Then warm it up again to eat this evening with fresh baked crusty bread rolls and if you like it a lump of cheddar. Tomorrow it will be at it's best.
