Bump this thread up, how do i go about complaining that cop needs investigated, this is seriously f****d up.

 

Independent Police Complaints Commission

 

Whether the viewers of this filth participated in the crimes filmed should be irrelevant to their treatment. They're viewing the footage of a crime being committed. A most heinous crime.
