I would love to see you make butter with a hand whisk and bowl ...... well i do,well twice but i make my meringue for my pavlovas in a bowl with a whisk.never use an electric one. I said to the girlfriend..."doesn't seem to be any butter dear" She said "oh I must have forgot to get it.....but watch this...." She was in th kitchen for 3hrs and I went to the shop.
