I've never actually seen it myself.

But I've heard it's circulating around the American gyms and the top trainers are using it to train up and coming pros.

 

And there a pad work 2 coming out in early summer.

Exactly, you haven't seen it because there was no video ya plank.... ??

 

You'd be no good at holding the pads as you would be knocked out from the wind of a punch.... ???

He won 38 fights 20 by ko and had won a fair few titles ... floyd mayweather jnr said he was the toughest opponent he had ever fought ... the fella was shot in the back of the head a few years ago but is back training to re enter the ring ... a tough fukcer that's for sure .......
