Old age is when your brain can still process information. at 100 mile an hour but it takes your body a hour to catch up .Then when it finally does your brain has forgotten what you were thinking about and moved on.

true,nothing good about , your body and mind starting to where out, its funny really because when you are younger you seem to be always in turmoil in your head , you want this , want that etc lol. but when you get old like me lol ,well the last 5 years ive more easy about things, knowing i carnt turn the clock back , so you just really take one day at a time and try to chill . But thing with age i find very hard to deal with , is your body gets fooked with every year. ive had bad back since the 80s, but just got in with my life, but now the pain taking over , and every day struggle . so all you younger people out there enjoy your young age mind/body, as it deff wont last long deff
